Bookings and Reservations

Daily Program
The days of the program always include a pedestrian route, of varying
dimensions, but never of extreme difficulty, which starts in the morning
and runs, unhurriedly, until the end of the morning or in the afternoon.
The list of walking routes over the days, for each program, can be changed
by different conditions, always maintaining the totality of the offer
presented. Unexpected situations of a meteorological nature, restrictions
of access, inoperability of the trail, hunting days, blocking by owners
or others may imply occasional changes to the global program.
On the longest routes there will be a fly-by lunch, distributed to the
walkers after breakfast, and on the shorter walks, we try to go to lunch
at a restaurant typical of the local communities. Don't expect luxuries
or tourist sites.
The program dinner may or may not be included. In case of being included,
family-based restaurants will always be chosen, with typical food and
always with alternatives for differentiated options - medical diet,
vegetarians, religious options, others. For programs without dinner
included, you can be free in case of a place with several alternatives
or a restaurant will be chosen in the modality of "each person
chooses his menu and makes his payment".

Walking Tour "Catedral
Verde" - "Green Cathedral"
15Km - Medium difficulty - Accessible to all walkers
What a wonderful land this contains one of the most valuable treasures
of the ancestral representations of our Neolithic ancestors. What a
wonderful tribute to the light that bathes these places where people
lived who insisted on leaving testimonies that have lived for more than
five thousand years. All of this is not enough, as the stunning landscape
enriches us with the profusion of gigantic cork oaks that form a true
green cathedral, almost symbolic of extreme religiosity, combining humanized
nature with human and symbolic representations. Much more than a simple
walk, surely.
Optional Visits
- Pré Historical Museum of Esperança

Walking
Tour "Descobrir Alegrete" - "Discover Alegrete"
10,7Km - Medium plus difficulty
- Accessible to good walkers
This walking path starts and ends in Alegrete, and offers a variety
of settings. It runs through part of one of the most humanized Natural
Parks of the country, which here has a landscape strongly influenced
by human activities. It is precisely this characteristic that we see
along the way: a mixed forest of maritime pine and eucalyptus, montados,
olive groves, vineyards and vegetable gardens. The rockrose fields are
also present,
as well as some viewing angles from the highest points of the mountain,
where the Pico de São Mamede is located.
Optional
Visits
- Alegrete Medieval Castel

Walking
Tour "Defesas Muralhadas de Campo Maior"
- "Defensive Strutures of Campo Maior"
7,5Km - Low difficulty - Accessible to all walkers
Being in Campo Maior is like breathing centuries of fights and battles,
now finally dormant in the ancient memory of its walls, defensive structures,
barracks and castle. Legend has it that after the prehistoric and Roman
occupations, it was the Moors who built the first city, Christianised
in the early thirteenth century by people from neighbouring Badajoz
in the kingdom of Castile. A borderland between the kingdoms of Portugal
and Castile, it was forced to build a history of defences and contraband
encompassing the now-peaceful fields that stretch for as far as the
eye can see.
Optional Visits
- Coffee Science Center at Delta Cafés
- Campo Maior Historical Walls and City Center
